Uses

Heat Therapy: Place your SwissPro Flax Bag in the microwave on high for 60-90 seconds, and place the bag over the affected area.

Cold Compress: Place the SwissPro Flax Bag in a sealed freezer bag and place in freezer for approximately 30 minutes. Place the bag over the affected area.

Care Instructions:

To clean your SwissPro Flax Bag, gently dab the bag with a damp sponge. Do not wash or immerse in water!
Store your SwissPro Flax Bag in a sealed container, to preserve the peppermint fragrance.
Replace your SwissPro Flax Bag every 6 months or so.

Caution: Do not heat the SwissPro Flax Bag for more than 3 minutes in the microwave. Should your SwissPro Flax Bag get burned in the microwave, dispose of it.
